Once the toe kick is put into place the EZ-Level system becomes invisible.
Access holes and plastic caps make this a poor choice if aesthetics is at all important
The levelers are hidden but the flimsy toe kick clamps leave things a little wobbly.

Shims are hidden from site which makes them invisible.
Our review found the EZ-Levels to be super fast and incredibly precise! It's fun and laser perfect.
The concept is good, but fumbling around trying to get the tool to stay on the leveler made these system a real pain.
Crawling underneath cabinets makes this process a real pain.
The Blum cabinet levelers leveled up pretty quick but still required two men. (one to view the level line while the adjustments were being made.

Shims will drive the best installers mad! Anyone's who's tried it already knows!
Super Strong. Will last a lifetime.
Super Strong. Will last a lifetime.
Mounting on the bottom shelf is never a good idea and over time could sag.
Mounting on the sides of the cabinet with no real support could fail in time.
Shims are unstable at best. They will move out of place with expansion and contraction. Not suitable for granite.
This is what set's the EZ-Level system apart from the rest. Adjustments are made "just behind the toe kick"! Once the toe kick is set into place, they are invisible. One man and a few minutes is all it takes!
Adjustments are made through access holes drilled into the inside of the cabinet. Not pretty. Also the installer must crawl into the cabinets to reach the rear levelers.
Crawling underneath cabinets makes using old school adjustable cabinet legs  a real pain.

The EZ-Levels are rock solid! We drug an entire cabinet run all over the kitchen "fully raised", set them back into place and it was still PERFECTLY level!
These levelers are also good when it comes to shearing, but we could not move them without re-leveling them.
These leg levelers will break off every time! You can not budge cabinets in any direction without them breaking off.
These cabinet levelers are "ok"  when it comes to shearing, but we could not move them without re-leveling them.
Forget it.
You can not touch a shimmed cabinet.

Critical Factors: (3 Categories are critical to the overall success of your kitchen project. We have added these 3 scores together for a highest possible score of: 15)
Why was "ease of use" included in the critical factor? Achieving perfectly level and stable cabinets was very difficult with some systems and that of course is critical to the overall stability. Most people tend to get there cabinets "close" and hope for the best, but when dealing with granite and other high end countertops "close" is not good enough. Therefore, "ease of use" had to be factored in to achieve the desired look and stability.

Conclusion:
A stable foundation is the MOST important issues in ANY construction project. Kitchen cabinets featuring full extension soft close drawers, glass panels, Granite, solid surface and concrete countertops... the all REQUIRE a foundation that is perfectly level, perfectly plumb and that will remain that way for at least 20 years. Sticking drawers, sagging doors and cracked granite can occur if any of these elements are not achieved.

For many years this was almost impossible using traditional materials like shims. High end cabinet builders and installers would go to great lengths to build pre-leveled platforms etc to achieve the necessary results but such efforts require a lot of skill and time that most installers simply could not afford.

Cabinet leveling systems help a great deal, but most are undesirable in many ways (see details above).  Every once in a while a new product comes around that changes everything. This year, that product is the EZ-Level Cabinet Leveling System, by MorningStar Innovations.

The EZ-Level Cabinet Leveling System is a game changer! Installers are now able to achieve absolute accuracy in only a few minutes! Long term stability is achieved by attaching the levelers to the sides of the cabinet and most importantly, the EZ-Level System is the ONLY leveling system that allows the installer to make adjustments through the toe-kick... without crawling under the cabinet! Once the installation is complete, the toe-kick covers all evidence so clients are left with a perfect installation that will last a lifetime!

Because drilling holes inside customer's cabinets to reach a leveling system is "in our opinion" unacceptable... and because the pricing is very competitive and because of the incredible speed and accuracy, the EZ-Level system is far superior to any other system on the market to date and in our opinion the only real choice for installers.
